Returns / Exchange
Thank you for your trust at Shoppingeasy.pk! Your satisfaction is our priority. Should you encounter any issues with your purchase or receive a defective item, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy:
Returns:
- Please return the items within 24 hours of receiving them.
- Ensure the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
- Initiate a return by emailing our customer service at shoppingeasy.pk@gmail.com.
- Upon receiving and verifying your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Kindly note, a 40% fee will be deducted for returned products.
Exchange: exchange:
- You have the option to exchange items within 7 days of receipt.
- Ensure the product remains unused and in its original packaging.
- To proceed with an exchange, reach out to our customer service team at shoppingeasy.pk@gmail.com.
- Upon receiving the item, we'll send you a replacement promptly.
Exceptions:
- Personalised or customised items are non-returnable.
- Items damaged due to mishandling will not be eligible for return or exchange.
